Dr. Fillerup is a Diplomate, American Board of Podiatric Surgery and Board-Certified in Foot Surgery.

Dr. Fillerup is a physician and surgeon with special training in the diagnosis and treatment of foot and ankle disorders.  He received his degree of Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the California College of Podiatric Medicine with his surgical residency at the VA Loma Lin­da Hospital. Dr. Fillerup is Board-Certified in foot surgery through the American Board of Podiatric Surgery.

Dr. Fillerup has recently introduced a proven method of treating nail fungus. The Cutera Laser is a highly successful technological advancement for eradicating nail fungus.

Dr. Fillerup has been practicing on the Central Coast for more than 25 years. He is experienced in all aspects of modern foot care, including corrective foot surgery, sports medicine, foot and ankle injuries, diabetic foot care, skin and nail conditions, and children and adult gait abnormalities.

He is on the Medical Staff at Marian Regional Medical Center, Arroyo-Grande Community Hospital, and Oak Park Surgery Center. The three facilities provide high quality and efficient care for surgical patients. Minor surgical procedures may also be done in the office, at Marian Regional Medical Center, Arroyo-Grande Community Hospital, or at Oak Park Surgery Center.

Our office hours are Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. X-ray facility and diagnostic ultrasound are available in our office.

Casey B Fillerup, DPM is a board-certified podiatrist under the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. He is a specialist of the lower extremity with an emphasis on surgical reconstruction of ankle, rearfoot, and forefoot deformity, with an additional interest in management of complex wounds. He was trained and educated in Southern California at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, where he completed his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine in 2017. He then went on to complete a 3-year surgery residency in Los Angeles at Adventist Health White Memorial. There he performed and assisted on over 1500 reconstructive foot and ankle surgical cases. His surgical training ranges from graft harvesting for closure of diabetic foot ulcers to fixation of complex ankle fractures.

Casey Fillerup was raised on the Central Coast. He is a graduate of Righetti High School in Santa Maria where he played varsity basketball and was an honor roll student. He is the son of Dr Peter and Christina Fillerup, and is the oldest of their 5 sons. He enjoys an active lifestyle consisting of surfing, paddle boarding, hiking, and exploring the outdoors with his wife Madelyn.

 

Dr Casey Fillerup is currently accepting new patients of all foot and ankle conditions. He is committed to finding the best solution for each patient on an individual basis. He is constantly striving to help patients return to a life without pain.
